Booking & VIP Booking
The appointment calendar is open one month at a time. June VIP BOOKINGS opens May 19th-21st and STANDARD BOOKING opens May 22nd. If you are not able to book the date you want please add your name to the waitlist. See the waitlist procedures below. Please book all services needed for your appointment as time is allotted for each service. Please do not add services in the note section. If you do not see the service that you are looking for (example, Hydration Treatment) please see the Add On Category.

NEW CLIENTS PLEASE BOOK UNDER NEW CLIENT CATEGORY
DEPOSITS: For each appointment booked, a 15% non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is paid at the time of booking your appointment. The deposit goes toward your service as long as you do not NO CALL/NO SHOW or CANCEL appointment. Deposits can be transferred only once at a later date. If you happen to see a later date that you would like rather than your original appointment date, please DO NOT CANCEL, reschedule from your original appointment date confirmation email so the deposit can be transferred as well. Also, if you need to reschedule and there are no dates available in the current open month, please contact LaToya to reschedule for the next month. This only applies if it is 24 hours prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATION: Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment but this results in you losing your deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, a late cancellation fee is 50% of your service . An invoice will be sent to the email you have on file. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of your cancellation. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to make any future appointments. For NO CALL NO SHOW it is the full amount of your service.
WAITLIST: With the new BOOKSY booking system, a waitlist is not a feature. Emails and text messages will be sent out when appointments become available.
Everyone is required to wear a mask.
Please book a take down if you need a take down of the previous style before the new service.
Please have your hair detangled before service. If not a $15 detangling fee will be added to your service.
Only the person that is being serviced is allowed in the salon, please do not bring any additional people with you as they will not be allowed in the salon.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without notification, you will have to reschedule to a later date and as a result you will loose your deposit.
VIP BOOKING POLICY
VIP BOOKING OPENS May 19th - 21st
VIP booking allows you to book an appointment before the calendar is open to the public. This is perfect for those that have a specific appointment that they need to secure before the calendar is open. There is a $10 VIP booking fee for each appointment that you schedule and this is just a convenience fee and does not go toward your appointment and is non refundable. This fee also goes along with your 15% deposit that goes towards your appointment. Once the form is filled out and the appointment is available, an invoice will be submitted to you and once paid the appointment will be scheduled.
