We welcome clients over the age of 12 years old. The appointment calendar is open one month at a time, on the 3rd Sunday of the previous month. If you are not able to book the date you want, please add your name to the waitlist and look out for last minute availability email messages. Please book all services needed for your appointment as time is allotted for each service. Please do not add services in the note section. If you do not see the service that you are looking for (example, Hydration Treatment) please see the Add On Category.
NATURAL HAIR SERVICES
SHAMPOO INCLUDED WITH ALL SERVICES
DEPOSITS: For each appointment booked, a 15% non-refundable deposit is required (for microloc clients a $100 deposit is required to) to secure your appointment. The deposit is paid at the time of booking your appointment. The deposit goes toward your service as long as you do not NO CALL/NO SHOW or CANCEL appointment within 24 hours of the appointed time. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, you forfeit the 15% deposit. If you NO/CALL/NO SHOW, you will be invoiced 50% of your remainder service and it must be paid the same day in order to book any future appointments. The invoice will be sent to the email on file.
Deposits can be transferred only once up to 30 days from the original appointment. If you happen to see a later date that you would like rather than your original appointment date, please DO NOT CANCEL, reschedule from your original appointment date confirmation email so the deposit can be transferred as well. Also, if you need to reschedule and there are no dates available in the current open month, please contact LaToya to reschedule for the next month. This only applies if it is 24 hours prior to your appointment.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION:
For each new establishment appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is paid at the time of booking your appointment. The deposit goes toward your service as long as you do not NO CALL/NO SHOW or CANCEL appointment. In the event that you have to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred up to 30 days from your original appointment. For any appointment booked after the establishment, a 15% late cancellation fee is invoiced if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.
HOUSE RULES

Please book a take down if you need a take down of the previous style before the new service.

Please have your hair detangled before service. If not a $20 detangling fee will be added to your service.

My space is limited as I am in a salon suite so only the person that is being serviced is allowed in the salon.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without notification, you will have to reschedule to a later date and as a result you will loose your deposit.
